Meet the legendary man who founded one of the first global automobile tires that we enjoyed riding on it with our vehicles today. His full name is Harvey Samuel Firestone, an American business magnate who invented the Firestone tire brand and the founder of Firestone Tire and Rubber Company. Firestone manufactured pneumatic tires for the Ford Model T automobile. A sale of thousands of tires to Ford made Firestone one of the top American tire brand in 1906.
