Joel Salatin is an American farmer, lecturer and author. He was born from a family of farmers. His family’s farming business has started since 1961 in Shenandoah Valley, Virginia. When Joel was in high school, he already earned money from selling his own products at the local market. Aside from farming, Joel also had experience in journalism, his talent in writing made him publish nine books about farming.
